I don't think it's real French, and I don't know what it really means, but if you pronounce it à la française, it sounds like a very funny word to associate with a beer in America.
I didn't want to put it out there (I still have 9 year old former students that read this) but let's just say that...
"Ch" in french is "Sh" and "Ti" in french sounds like the drink you have with jam and bread.
This is my Avatar. I get to pick the clothes, accessories and backgrounds, and I can "wear heels" in Paris without my feet killing me. And as a bonus, she never has a bad hair day, or a zit, and all the new clothes are free!!! It's kind of like playing Barbies for 30 somethings. With me is avatar-Lucy. She's almost as cute as the real one!

I think "ch'ti" is a word from Northern or Northeastern France, where the beer is made.
It's good stuff, innit? :)
